Last weekend we had another weekend at home. We were very happy for the change of pace and we were able to visit another church in the area. This one was definitely a better fit for us than the last, and has moved to the top of our list. We will probably do a little bit more searching, but not for a while because our lives are about to pick up again.. we've got a busy few weeks ahead of us!
This past weekend, we went to Atlana with my dad and sister, Britni. We went to the Thrashers game Friday night; we had never been to a hockey game before so that was a lot of fun. Saturday we spent the day at Georgia Aquarium! We had been wanting to go for a while, we were so excited to have the chance to go! and it was nice to spend some time with my dad and sister. In bigger news...
I got a new car!! We are now a Jeep family! It needs a little bit of work, but we're so excited!
I'm still trying to keep busy while Trey is at work. Applying for more jobs, and tackling some organization problems. I finally finished our recipe book, I love having all of our favorite recipes in one place! We also organized all of our keepsake things (our attic had kind of exploded). Now I'm working on decoupaging some decorative balls for the bowl on our dinning room table to replace the red ones that were there for Christmas (I know, it's March and I'm just now getting to this). Hopefully I'll get to do some scrapbooking soon too!
